Our position is that, when facts and circumstances permit, it is best for a client to try to maintain control of his or her own legal matter and future by searching for a "win-win" resolution rather than taking a rigid approach by immediately filing pleadings or trying a case that forfeits all control over to a judge and/or jury. This also tends to be the least expensive approach to handling legal matters, which is always our aim in handling any matter. However, there are occasions and matters that are so adversarial and conflicted that a tough and aggressive stand is the only way to deal with the other side. In these instances, your fight is our fight. In either situation, we have broad experience in pre-litigation negotiations and trials. We actually have the courtroom experience necessary for confidence and competence in pre-trial negotiations and in the courtroom should it be necessary to try your case in court. We are ready and able to take whatever tact is best for you considering the law, the factual circumstances of your situation, your personal desires, and your financial means & constraints.
